Ms. Dubois began her nursing career in Longview, Texas in 1982. She joined the LTACH industry in 1994 and has served as Assistant Administrator, Administrator, and Chief Clinical Officer with LifeCare Hospitals in Shreveport. In 2003, Ms. Dubois transferred to the LifeCare Management Services corporate office, where she served as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Services and was responsible for assisting LifeCare in opening multiple LTACH locations.
