President and Member of the Board of Managers, Ethicus Healthcare Management, LLC.
Until 2004, Mr. Lange was a practicing attorney in Houston, Texas for more than 27 years, primarily representing healthcare clients in acquisitions and financing transactions. Mr. Lange left the practice of law in 2004, in order to devote full time to his management responsibilities as President of the general partner of the Shreveport Doctors Hospital 2003, Ltd., and to the founding of Ethicus Healthcare Management, LLC. From 1984 until 1995, Mr. Lange served as outside general counsel and on the governing boards of three general acute care hospitals in Houston, Texas. Mr. Lange has also served on the boards of a venture capital fund and a number of start-up companies. Mr. Lange currently serves as the President and on the Board of the Proton Therapy Education and Research Foundation.
